Martin Center students in the Metro Schools community-based transition program (CBTP) visited the Tennessee Rehabilitation Center (TRC) in Smyrna. This was a great learning experience for students who are graduating from the CBTP program this year.
Students learned about employment readiness and vocational training opportunities, including building maintenance, groundskeeping, business education, commercial cleaning, food service, warehouse, and retail. Also, students can live on campus for a full college life experience.
